Lalaa Return Policy

Return Period:

  • Customers are entitled to return eligible products within 30 days of receiving their order.

Eligible Products:

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must not be damaged, altered, or used.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Procedure:

  • Contact customer service at [email protected] or call [phone number] to initiate a return.
  • You will be provided with a return shipping label.
  • Pack the eligible item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable substitute.
  • Attach the return shipping label to the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by customer service.

Refund and Exchange:

  • Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges will be shipped to the customer's address.

Exceptions:

  • Items purchased with a gift card are not eligible for a refund. Instead, they can be exchanged for merchandise of equal or lesser value.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items purchased during a clearance or promotional sale may have different return policies.

Additional Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Lalaa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
